SWEET TREATS:

YEAST:
We carry SAF Instant Yeast! “What’s the big deal” you might ask? Well, SAF is the BEST yeast to use when making bread. It helps give you the fastest and best rise in your dough. Only 1 store in town carries it, and it is often “back ordered”. So when in need of the perfect yeast… visit the Two Baking Sisters!

SOY LECITHIN:
We also carry liquid Soy Lecithin. We use liquid soy lecithin in all our bread making adventures. Most bread recipes call for oil… but ours uses lecithin. It is ALSO difficult to come by, but we have been lucky enough to have it shipped to us from Utah for customers of Two Baking Sisters! Subject to availability.
